Beaumont Fox Experiences Ltd is responsible for the information you send through this website. Contact us at hello@beaumontfox.co.uk or call 0115 727 7207 with any privacy question.
Information you give us
When you enquire about an experience, we ask for your name, work email, organisation, the type of experience, approximate team size, location, timing and what you want your team to gain. You may also give us a phone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, discuss your requirements and prepare a suitable proposal. This is necessary to take steps you request before a potential contract and, where relevant, for our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. We do not use the enquiry form to take payment.
Who handles it
Your enquiry is sent to our business email account. Our website hosting and email providers may process the information to deliver and protect these services. We may share details with people helping us plan an experience when needed to respond to your request. We do not sell enquiry details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence while we discuss your requirements and, if you become a client, while needed to manage the relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We review information that is no longer needed and delete it. You can ask us about the period that applies to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it or restrict its use in applicable circumstances. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us at hello@beaumontfox.co.uk to make a request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our response.
